The staff were friendly and helpful and the neighborhood was safe and interesting. There was a market in the square very closeby on the weekend and a subway station nearby so it was easy to get around on public transport.

Hotel was one block away from metro station so very easy to go anywhere. Twin room was clean and new towels provided every day. Room was very quiet, no outside noise so easy to get to and stay asleep. Could not hear other guests. Supermarket right next door to hotel. Clean hotel inside and out. Breakfast was basic but good - pastries, breads, cereals, eggs, bacon, yoghurt and fruits, juice, tea and coffee. Staff were always smiling, happy to help and friendly. Would stay here again as no major issues and can get extra towels (see dislikes) when requested. Bathroom okay and shower was a step up/walk in, water pressure good and temperature was constant.

Both the hotel and the room met my expectations for the B&B Hotels brand, and at a colder time of the year the room was nice and warm. Although not in the centre, the hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station and there are amenities such as supermarkets in the locality (including one right next door, which even opened on a Sunday !)

Room was big enough, the bathroom was nice and clean as well. The location was well connected to public transport and a supermarket was right next to the building. Nice lively district. Overall a pleasant room with lots of plugs.

The location was amazing -close to city center and so close to the metro entrance. Quiet area, supermarket, market, restaurants near the place. The bed was comfy - even though I found somewhat hard mattress, I slept really well. The pillows are comfortable. The staff is polite and the place looks, overall, good. Really clean - each day I found my room to be cleaned.

The hotel was located in a convenient location for the purpose of my stay, but it's slightly outside the main city center area. Nonetheless, the proximity of the subway allows for a short trip into the other areas of the town. The room was clean, with towels provided.

The room was fine, bathroom slightly small but ok. Location is perfect, near buses, metro and trams. Beds are very comfy and staff useful, they let us leave our bags in the hotel for a few hours after check out.

Very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the Monplaisir-Lumiere Metro stop. From there, it’s only a short metro ride to Gare Part-Dieu, changing lines at Saxe-Gambetta. The hotel is also just a block away from the Musee Lumiere and Place Ambroise Courtois (Sunday book and postcard market). Room was clean and had everything you need for a stay in Lyon. Nice big, comfy bed. Standard B&B Hotel fitout – basic but functional. A couple of good supermarkets just next door (Casino Supermarche across the street and a U Express downstairs next door). Nice trompe l’oeil on the wall behind the bed.
